Kinga Bledsoe's Brutalist Ribbon Necklace Set

 This necklace is from a kit and design by Kinga Bledsoe, designed to represent one of her favorite childhood places.

The green/yellow paint skin cabochon represents a pool with duckweed and pond scum. Metal frogs sit at the top and bottom of the water.

The necklace band is made from alternating sections of velvet ribbon, beaded hearts with spike beads and beaded silver circles.

It sits at the neckline.

The clasp is a frog on a green background (lily pad or pond scum?) which closes around another section of velvet ribbon.

The matching earrings hang from a tarnish free stainless steel post.
